Learn how to use your micro:bit (which normally comes with this course) and learn how to code using the Makecode block editor. We investigate using the Makecode platform to build some fantastic interactive programs and build on our previous knowledge from Module 1. Children are introduced to the block code of Makecode and can go onto to learn Javascript or Python on the same platform. This course is recommended for 10-year-olds and older.

Coding with MakeCode is done entirely in a web browser, so students can create games on any device or platform. No software to download or install!
